Experiences Matter.

Experiential Marketing is effective because we are all emotional beings. When brands connect to consumers in an emotional way, they not only make a purchase but they develop brand loyalty.

  • What will make you look back at your event and say ‘Yes! That really made a difference”? Those identifiers are the best place to start.

This stage can include, but is not limited to: Budget Building, IAT Inclusion, Cross-Channel Marketing Builds, Brand Positioning, Product Innovation, Consumer Journey Identification, Activation Deck Building, and more.

  • The fun part! Identifying key programming elements that help us reach our KPI’s in creative ways. What programming will engage your consumers to love your product? What performance will land on everyone’s Instagram? What fabrication element will be the most photographed and shared moment?

This stage includes, but is not limited to: Artist/Talent Booking, Giveaways and Gifting Strategies, Personalized Gifting, Tastings, Live Engagements Speakers, Panels, Meet and Greets and more.

  • No matter the size of you activation, it will involve elements that need to be designed, fabricated, and installed. Don’t worry, my tools aren’t pink.

This stage includes, is not limited to: Venue Selection, Brand Ambassadors, Structural Builds, Engineering, Permitting, Lighting, A/V Management, Food + Beverage Operations, Fabrication and Installation, Graphics + Signage, and more.

  • If you build it, they will come… and top tier hospitality generates endless positive sentiment. This is another layer of protecting how you make them feel, so that their loyalty begins to compound quickly.

This stage includes, but is not limited to: Accommodations, Transportation Programs, Catering, Concierge Services, Guest Relations, Table Service Development and Booking, and more.

  • Getting there is only half the battle. Once your event begin and doors open, operational management is just getting started.

This stage can include, but is not limited to: Show Calling, Event Producer, Sponsorship Management, Festival Operations, Logistics Producer, and more.

Brand recognition and loyalty start at the point where a consumer first identifies your brand, and it grows when that identification begins to compound. However the consumer felt throughout that identification is the reputation your brand began to build… and re-creating that feeling, while pushing it to evolve, is what this entire experiential industry is all about.

I hope that you have had the chance to experience one of my events first-hand. I have been blessed to work with some of the best agencies and brands in the world to create unforgettable experiences at some of the greatest cultural gatherings around the US — Coachella, Stagecoach, the Super Bowl, F1 Miami, F1 Las Vegas, OutsideLands, EDC Las Vegas, HARD Summer, and more. In partnership with organizations such as Corso Millner Group, Framework, Goldenvoice, AEG, Insomniac Events, Tao Group Hospitality, Another Planet Entertainment, and more, I’ve worked with and learned from the best in the business.
