The Origin of Manager Kendall
In every group of people, there is always that one person who takes the lead to make sure everything (and everyone) is taken care of. Nicknamed by the first creators I ever managed, Manager Kendall was born out of those intentions and was developed into my now full-time brand.

Your brand needs continuous development in order to keep up with the joneses.
When we first begin working together, it should be quick and easy to identify your brand pillars when visiting your platforms — What is the throughline for your content and messaging? What are the concepts you revolve your content around? Why does your audience follow you? All of these elements already exist, but may need to be further defined.
Once your brand is clear, we will move into new phases of growth to broaden your reach, grow your audience, and ultimately grow your brand into larger strategies such as owned IP and incremental value.

One of the perks of taking a manager is off-loading your inbound inquiries. I take over and manage the lead to determine its value, and bring it back to you once it has become a full proposal for collaboration.
-
Actively pitching new campaign and collaboration opportunities to my network as well as potential new partners. The further your brand evolves, the more growth this avenue sees as you expand into new tiers of collaboration.
-
My job is to increase the overall value of each partnership, negotiate fair and complimentary terms, and secure long term collaborations out of successful and mutually-beneficial partnerships. I review and redline all contracts so that you can focus on creating.

I handle invoice submission, payment tracking, and payment collection. You’ll receive a year end tax form to make reporting your income for the year a seamless process.

Social Media is an unpredictable space. I work to help creators develop and build owned entities outside of their platforms that can be fully under their control. I also look to plug creators into external opportunities that help boost growth and bring their projects to a new level.
It really is as simple as it sounds — I chose to work for myself, managing people and things, after filling countless roles at companies where I was the one managing all of the people and things. Project Management, in hyper-mode.
My strengths come out to play when I am able to take over where the creative strategy ends, and the operational madness begins. I become an operational partner to streamline workflows, maximize your revenues, and generate new opportunities for your creativity. Using a custom Airtable CRM, I track campaigns, manage timelines, and close the loop with invoicing and metrics.
